Among the many amusing remarks in the Twitter stream inspired by the Republican debaters, a sharp retort by veteran blogger Oliver (“Like Kryptonite to stupid”) Willis stood out. When the Las Vegas festivities turned briefly to foreign policy, with all the usual blather about the diminished security and prestige of the United States under Barack Obama, Willis tweeted:
“this is the part where gop acts like obama is weak on defense. asked for comment, osama bin laden says GLUG GLUG GLUG #cnndebate.”
